In Re: MICHEAL LAWSON husband and wife, and SHIRLEY LAWSON, husband and wife TRUSTEE`S SALE - For default in the payment of debt and performance of obligation described in and secured by Deed of Trust executed by MICHEAL LAWSON husband and wife, and SHIRLEY LAWSON, husband and wife dated 03/03/2006, and recorded on 03/10/2006 Book 316 Page 1900 in the office of the Recorder of Deed for Monroe County, MISSOURI, the undersigned Successor Trustee, at the request of the legal holder of the debt, who has elected to declare the entire debt due and payable, will on Thursday, 11/19/2009 between the hours of 9:00 a.m. and 5:00 p.m. (1:30 p.m.) at the West Front Door of the Monroe County Courthouse, 300 N Main St. Paris, MO 65275 in the City of PARIS, State of Missouri sell at public venue to the highest bidder for cash, the realty described in said deed of trust, to wit: LOT ONE (1) IN BLOCK FIVE (5) OF DAVIS` ADDITION TO MONROE CITY, MONROE COUNTY, MISSOURI.. Subject to easements, restrictions, reservations, and covenants, if any, to satisfy said debt and cost.
