The due date on utility bills has been changed from the 15th of the month to the 25th of the month.

If the due date falls on a holiday or weekend, the due date will be the fist business day following the 24th of the month.

A 10 percent penalty will be imposed on utility bills on the first business day following the due date. If the due date is the 25th of the month, a 10 perent penalty will be assessed on an outstanding balance on the 26th of the month. If the due date is the 26th, a 10 percent penalty will be assessed on the outstanding balance on the 27th of the month.
ACH payments will continue to be processed on the 15th of the month.
