driver’s license, $100.50; Morgan

drug paraphernalia, $300; and Billy
J. Lehenbauer, Paris, possession
of under 35 grams of marijuana, 10
days jail, and unlawful use of drug
paraphernalia, 10 days jail to run
concurrently.

to reduce speed when approaching
emergency vehicle displaying
red lights; Douglas N. Spurgeon,
Fulton, driving while intoxicated,
suspended imposition of setence
and placed on two years of private
probation and 24 hours of community
service work; Jeffery G.
Purdy, Madison, driving without a
valid driver’s license, $50.50; and
Roger J. Beer, Moberly, revoked
probation on felony burglary in
the second degree and sentenced
to fi ve years in Department of Corrections.

Wednesday, March 11, 2009. The meeting will be held at 7
p.m. in the Monroe County Courthouse, second fl oor room 203.
